Raised in England with Italian heritage, Franco’s cultural exploration deepened his passion for fresh and local ingredients. His role as Sous Chef and Chef de Cuisine at a number of Boston’s finest restaurants is evident from his concept development to his final presentation. Today he serves The Winsor House in Duxbury, MA as their Executive chef.
